Yeah for having Internet back!

Our computer crashed in September and so we canceled the Internet then my camera stopped working, thus the lack of blog posts since then. I was thinking Brooklyn hadn't changed a whole lot since then but as I"m now comparing the pictures, I suppose she has. So here are a few random pics. She loves to empty and climb into boxes, drawers and anything else she can fit into. She also loves to climb things but so far that hasn't gotton too out of control. She and her cousin Megan are best buds and get so excited every time they see each other. Some of her other favorites are being silly, going for walks, brushing her teeth and helping me put away the silverware from the dishwasher. She is just getting funner and funner as she gets bigger and we love her to death!

Christmas 2009

This Christmas was really fun and relaxing. Brooklyn still is too little to really get what's going on but she loved waking up to new toys Christmas morning and she says "ho ho ho" whenever she sees a man with a beard. So funny. Mark totally surprised me with a new camera and I've loved playing with it and can't wait to learn to use it better.

Brooklyn was so funny during these pictures. She did not want to hold still (as you can see in some of them,) and she wouldn't give a real smile, but of course I think she's absolutly adorable.

Brooklyn's First Birthday!

Brooklyn was so hungry and couldn't wait for us to give her the cake but then we sang happy birthday and blew out the candle and everyone was staring, so she got a little confused and would just poke her finger in and lick off the frosting.

Brooklyn loves to play with other kids and we were glad London was there and so accomodating!

She's been trying hard to say "balloon" but ca't quite figure it out.

I'm not sure if this is her surprise face or if she's eating the ball, but either way she loves it.

Brooklyn loves this toy. It turns into a little cart she can hold and walk with and we were totally surprised and how fast she took off!

We had a fun party for Brooklyn and we were surprised at how many people came. Thanks everyone for making her big day great. I can't believe how fast time has gone and how big she is now. She is so fun and I love being her mom!

YUBA

We had tons of fun on Moday at the lake with Mark's family. It was good to see everyone, expecially Mark's brother Phil who we haven't seen in years and is now moving even further away to North Carolina. Thanks again to John and Mary for taking all us rookies out on the boat! We had so much fun. Too much fun to remember to take my camera on the boat with us, so here are the other pics I got.

Brooklyn loved playing in the sand and got so so so dirty ( she would even eat it!) Then I would make her play in the cold lake to was off and she would just scream and cry. Silly baby. She also loved to play with her cousins!

Happy Birthday Mark!

Mark turned 27. He's old. :) We had a low key day but I hope he still had fun.
